General Event Information


Do I need to be 21 or older to attend? Yes, Hollywood on the Coast is strictly for guests aged 21 and older. Our security team will verify valid IDs at the entrance. We cannot admit anyone under 21, and we do not provide refunds if you are turned away for this reason.


Where does the festival take place? We are hosting the event outdoors at the beautiful Fairmont Miramar, located at 101 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90401.


What happens if it rains? We celebrate rain or shine. All programming and entertainment will proceed exactly as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.


What should I wear? While we do not enforce a strict dress code, we encourage you to dress appropriately for an upscale evening out. Keep in mind that all festivities take place outdoors, so plan your footwear and layers accordingly.

Is this a nonprofit event? Absolutely. Hollywood on the Coast is a philanthropic evening. We direct 100% of the proceeds to two wonderful 501(c)(3) public charities: Variety – The Children’s Charity of Southern California (EIN: 95-1330495) and the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation (EIN: 15-0533551).


Are my tickets tax-deductible? Yes. The portion of your ticket price that exceeds the fair market value (FMV) is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.


Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket? All sales are final. We cannot refund, exchange, or replace tickets for any reason.


Food & Beverage


How do you handle dietary restrictions? We make our best effort to post dietary information at every chef station. While our talented culinary team will showcase a wide variety of dishes, we cannot guarantee specific accommodations for individual dietary needs.


Logistics & Policies


Where can I park? You have two convenient options for parking. Valet service is available directly at the Fairmont Miramar via the Ocean Avenue entrance. If you prefer to self-park, several public garages and lots are located just a short walk away in downtown Santa Monica, offering flexible hourly and daily rates.


Should I use a rideshare service? We strongly encourage you to drink responsibly. Booking a rideshare service is a smart and safe way to travel to and from the festival.


What items should I leave at home? To ensure a safe, high-energy environment for everyone, we prohibit the following items at the venue:
