FOODZILLA (フードジラ in Japanese) is a monthly outdoor food festival built around small-business owners chasing food truck and restaurant launches. Each vendor is required to serve at least one FOODZILLA-exclusive item that shows up nowhere else, and the lineup rotates every month. Alongside the food, artisan and creative vendors set up with handcrafted goods and original artwork. The event is produced by GEC Events in collaboration with My Valley Pass and Discover San Fernando, and the organizers pull fire, police, and health permits, which is not something every outdoor market can say.

The name is a nod to Godzilla, with the "king of the monsters" framing dropped onto a food festival. Kaiju-scale culinary ambition, played straight.
