Nancy Silverton's Spacca Tutto Is Set to Anchor Palisades Village

Nancy Silverton is preparing to open Spacca Tutto, an Italian American steakhouse slated to anchor the rebuilt Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades. The project is a partnership between the four-time James Beard Award winner, developer Caruso and filmmaker Joseph "McG" Nichol's River Jetty Restaurant Group.

The 3,500 square foot restaurant will occupy the anchor space formerly held by The Draycott, adjacent to The Park, and is designed by hospitality firm AvroKO. It is positioned as a centerpiece of the property's redevelopment following the January 2025 fires.

The concept draws on Silverton's chi SPACCA while adding classic American steakhouse heritage. The menu is planned around a substantial steak program alongside American classics, with lighter options including salads, seafood and seasonal vegetable dishes intended to work for lunch as readily as dinner. A bar menu of smaller bites will run alongside. The wine list is planned at close to 250 Italian and domestic labels, paired with a cocktail program built for speed and consistency across all-day service.

The name translates loosely from Italian as "go for it" or "give it your all." Silverton has said she wanted to bring a new concept to the Westside, pulling from the Italian flavors Angelenos already know while adding dishes inspired by a classic American steakhouse.

Silverton co-owns Mozza Restaurant Group, which includes Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Mozza2Go and chi SPACCA in Los Angeles, along with locations further afield.

An August 2026 opening has been the stated target since the project was announced. Food Journal Magazine will confirm the opening date once the restaurant announces it.
