Junior Cookies has announced a limited-time collaboration with Jitlada, the Michelin-recognized Southern Thai restaurant that has been a fixture of the Los Angeles dining scene for more than two decades. The two family-run brands have reimagined Jitlada's mango sticky rice as a cookie, layering coconut pastry cream, fresh mango, toasted coconut, and warm coconut sauce on a signature Junior Cookies base.
The Jitlada Sticky Mango Rice Cookie is available now at Junior Cookies' three Los Angeles locations in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Studio City, and to order online.

The pairing brings together two operations with distinct Los Angeles followings. Junior Cookies started in a home kitchen in 2017 and has grown into one of Southern California's fastest-growing independent cookie brands, with a house style built on less-sweet formulations, house-made creams and compotes, and made-to-order builds.
Jitlada, under Chef Sarintip “Jazz” Singsanong, has held Michelin Guide recognition every year from 2019 through 2025, and Chef Jazz has been nominated multiple times by the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef: California.
“Jitlada represents some of the very best of Los Angeles' food scene,” said Halil Sevis, Co-Founder of Junior Cookies. “Being able to work with Chef Jazz and her team to reimagine such an iconic dessert is an incredible honor.”

The Jitlada Cookie joins Junior Cookies' summer lineup, which also includes Pistachio Baklava, Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, and Dot Cake Cookie Cups. The bakery has built recent momentum on chef and restaurant collaborations, adding to a growing map of the best food in Los Angeles to seek out in a single trip across the city.
